You may have just stumbled across one of my adverts on Google, my name is Tyler, I pay to advertise here so that you can find my small business. I am a one-man-band and do all of the work for you from start to finish, I have no staff and look after each enquiry personally. I do not have a master marketing team to get myself to number 1 on Google and so I do have to pay for Google adverts to find my way onto your screen!

I have worked in the industry for over 7 years with 5 of those years running Turnstone Mortgages from a dedicated office in my home on the outskirts of Southampton. In that time I am proud to have won 12 awards to date, some even at a national level. My free services are available to anyone in the UK and I am proud to have helped over 1,600 people to date. Our reviews have been exclusively 5 out of 5 with no negative feedback. ​
​I am paid from the bank or building society a commission when you take out a mortgage, the commission I am paid does not affect the mortgage you take, I am also not tied to any banks or building societies and therefore have the option to recommend thousands of deals from hundreds of different providers. You will also be pleased to hear that I pay my share of taxes, all income made stays in the UK and is paid into the system in a fair manner.

You may notice that the phone number used is a mobile number, although some may deem this unprofessional, this has ensured that I am always reachable. If I am walking the dog on my lunch, you can still get hold of me.
