How Does It Work?
Complete the decision in principle form so that we can get a good understanding of your circumstances.

We will work out your maximum borrowing capacity from over 50 lenders across the market.

You will be assigned a dedicated qualified mortgage advisor who you will be working with from start to finish. They will assess your information and email you your decision in principle certificate within 1 business day.

Your dedicated mortgage advisor will then give you a quick call to discuss the findings and to answer any questions you may have.

Once you have your decision in principle certificate you can then go ahead and view properties and make an offer when you have found your dream property.
​
When you have an offer accepted on a property, you then come back to your dedicated advisor to let them know the good news! Your advisor will then search the market for the best mortgage deal and do the leg work to make sure you are getting the right deal for you. Once you are happy with your recommended deal, your advisor will process your mortgage application and deal with all of the paperwork for you.
